Rubber Sheets
Indumark S.A. commercializes a wide range of rubber products of the following
brands Contitech(Germany), GoodYear(Chile), Heipon(Argentina), BTR (South
Africa), Zenith(India) and Dunlop(England).

Rubber sheets
It is used in different industrial sectors such as in forestry, mining, fishing,
chemical, construction etc. They are manufactured from natural rubber, neoprene,
synthetic rubber, hygienic rubber and in special cases they are formulated
according to the needs of the client. As a reinforcing agent - plies are used.
These help improve resistance to mechanical traction, compression, flex
properties, impact and others. These products are commercialized fundamentally
in rolls and sheets according to the needs of the client. Their thickness varies
from 1/16'' to 1/4'', without ply or with up to 3 plies.

Skirts
They are used in transport systems especially for transportation belts and they
help direct the movement of the load over the belts without falling and in the
cleaning of the residues left by materials on the belt covers (Cleaners). They
are manufactured from synthetic rubber and thus satisfactorily carry out their
function avoiding excessive wear – tear of the transporting belt in the areas of
contact. They are divided into three ranges of hardness: 30-35º shore A,45-50º
shore A, 55-60º shore A. These products are fabricated in colours: black, orange
and green. The thickness vary from 1/4'' to 1'' and the widths vary according to
the need of the client with the maximum width being 60''

Protective sheets
They find great application in industries, protecting material from wear – tear
due to corrosion, impact, abrasion, rust etc. They are used in the coating of
offload chutes, storage tanks, rotary drums, pulleys, pumps etc. They are
fabricated of rubber that is specially formulated for the use that it is
submitted to, the most popular compounds being P-37, P-53, P-72, jadeGreen, TXL
Roja (similar to Linatex). Their thickness varies from 1/8'' to 1'' and their
width varies according to the needs of the customer with the maximum being 60”.

Raw laminate compound
Hardness 37,53 and 72 shore. The widths of the rolls are generally between 24 and
27''. It is used to repair plies and for the fabrication of pieces for
reinforcing.
