PVC Conveyor Belts

INDUMARK commercializes a wide range of Conveyor Belts that cover 95% of the market needs. These are organised into 6 groups based on their use and the material they transport.
In general terms, the mechanical characteristics of a band depend on the fabric used, while the chemical characteristics depend on the cover material, which can be PVC, polyurethane and others. The product that has to be transported determines the quality of the cover, and the type of conveyor the flexibility or the transversal rigidity of the band and the finishing of the bottom surface.
There are other types of belts that can be worked upon according to special requirements.

	SERIE CLINA (ESBELT Spain) For applications in the food industry which includes bakery, biscuits, chocolates, fish, meat, fruit, vegetables, horticulture, conserves and dairy products. These are also applicable for the tobacco, perfume, cosmetic, chemica,l pharmaceutical and container industries. They are compatible with the FDA regulations. They are also resistant to animal fat /oils and vegetable fat /oils and have an excellent resistance to abrasion.
	SERIE ASTER (ESBELT Spain) The most common applications include transportation of packages and packing of irregular shapes, bulk organic products. It has antistatic properties and it is used frequently in equipment with descents and elevations.
	SERIE FEBOR (ESBELT Spain) The most common applications include transportation of baggage, at cash registers, transportation of fruit, confectionery, bucket elevators and in an ample variety of transport and mounting lines. It has antistatic properties.
	SERIE ESPOT (ESBELT Spain) For transport application in bucket elevators for products in granules. It has antistatic properties, resistant to vegetable oils and fats and but limited in resistance to animal oils and fats.
	SERIE USUAL (ESBELT Spain) This covers a great majority of other series of belts, but it has limitations in various aspects for which a revision of the type of application is recommended. This is a very economical line that fills various needs of the market.
	SERIE PVG (USA) For more common applications such as for the transportation of boxes, packages, wood, elevators, etc. It has low strain properties; high wear – tear resistance and others.

Hot and Cold Vulcanization Adhesives.
The cement line includes Nilos PVC, Flomicol, among others. These are for cold application and thus showing great result in splicing and in the
coating of metallic pieces in general.

Cleats and PVC Belts
There are available in different sizes and forms that permit transformation according to the requirements of use.

PVC Bolts and Buckets
For the transportation of material at varied heights, specially grains and fine particles. The bolts vary according to the type of bucket that is to
be used.

All types of mechanical fasteners.
These permit the union of belts with greater ease without the need of vulcanizers, they vary according to the type of belt, pulley diameter,
type of application, rust proof or galvanized, according to shape and other characteristics.

Thermoweldable

Activators.
Each and every type of cement carries its own catalysing agent that acts as its activator for its quick application..

Special adhesives.
They help achieve better adherence between rubber and metal.

Clearing liquids and Demouldants
These act as demoulders and permit cleaning contaminated zones and leave
the zone in optimum conditions to apply another product at a later stage.

PVC sidewalls. Increase the productivity of a belt by permitting the
transport of a greater quantity of material over the same surface
dimensions.

PU Belts for special transport.
Belts fabricated with PU covers that permit the transport of special
material.

Polyurethane cords.
The material with which it is possible to form unfinished belts that
permits the transportation of certain light materials and can be easily
installed.

Splicing, Recuperation and Belt repair services.
We have personnel and the necessary machines to do these jobs not only at the workshop but also on – site. The jobs can vary from splicing to the
fabrication of special belts.
