commercializes a wide range of Rubber Conveyor Belts with the principal
brands being Contitech (Germany) and Goodyear (Chile). This wide variety
of belts are differentiated according to Tension, Resistance to Impact,
Load bearing, Flexibility over the pulleys, Resistance to wear –tear
and abrasion, Thickness, No. of plies, Structure etc.

Cover

ESTILO B or RMA2, excellent resistance to cuts, wear – tear,
and abrasion. Maximum temperature resistance: 95ºC.
2. STACKER or RMA1 presents an optimum resistance to cuts, wear
– tear, and abrasion. Optimum performance is shown in the transportation
of material with acute angles or sharp surfaces. Maximum temperature
resistance: 65ºC.
3. SCOR, This is specially formulated to resist oils.
4. SOLAR SHIELD, resistant to high temperatures, maximum: 200ºC.
5. The thickness of the covers starts from 1/16” to 3/8” for
the belts in our stock and the coverless bottom up to 1/8” for
the belts. Any other variety has to be ordered for.

These act as demoulding agents and permit cleaning contaminated zones
and leave the zone in optimum conditions to apply another product at
a later
stage.

Material in crude / raw state for the manufacture of special pieces
